Another massive advantage which I'm sure has been mentioned by other posters previously, is the composition of Hasting's TREO basket - a relatively high proportion of Praseodymium (Pr) and Neodymium (Nd) which are two of the rare earth elements to benefit massively from the uptake of electric vehicles and global battery storage. Hence we've seen a massive increase in the price of Pr and Nd oxide from mid 2020. As the company has mentioned previously - it's not just about the TREO head grade.
