I am aware... though they they have to be factually correct. Where this could become a 'grey' area is their modelling inputs/assumptions, which you can determine for yourself whether or not you believe to be valid. IMO I agree with Ords, and in some cases even think they err on the cautious side.
Also, the industry analysis and peer comparison is quite compelling in itself.
