Might have to wait for your hit mr hitman, it will take far more than 280k shares to force a run on PEN or any other stock.
When it goes it will be far more obvious, I also don't believe it will until it is meaningful. The days of a quick burst on an announcement are over....for now.
PEN will run eventually on sound fundamentals, that is what is building at present. I do agree some accumulation is occurring but not significant just yet.
