you will do your nut trying to second guess what's happening at the moment. This is not the market at work in any ordinary sense, this is predominately pre arranged acquisitions going through. It will flit between 580 and 610 until the required amount has been acquired. Then it will all stop again.
This is third time it's happened since the T/O and I will bet my left testicle that WN are involved.
