According to my notice of meeting the AGM is next Thursday, 13 November.
I actually had a sell order in on this stock at $1.05 in July this year. I cancelled the order after a couple of weeks. Glad I did too.
I haven't thought much of this stock for quite some time due to the management and the board, but didn't want to sell at a huge loss.
I actually started reading the annual report last night and I must say I was very impressed with what I've read so far. The new CEO isn't afraid to really spell out the problems with their various business and what he thinks needs doing to fix it.
I still have a fair bit more to read but it's definitely changed my view of the company with a CEO like him at the helm.
Much better than the last two CEO's who basically kept repeating the mantra "things unexpectedly went bad this year but they'll be better next year".
