    IMO, it about time that this stock is re-weighted.

    Even though bios are not currently the 'flavour', PSD has done a remarkable turnaround (in terms of financial backing and core business).

    Once the stale bulls are removed, it will not take much to see this trade beyond 20cps+, IMO?
