Taking into consideration that its a rumour only, and alleged at best, i'd say PLV wouldn't be too happy about being offered 80 cents a share for the company.
Tony may like to further comment on that....or may not of course.
Theres a very good chance that we will see levels much higher than that if all goes according to plan....so not too sure I would be looking at a T/O in those regions.
