    Is BRM about to break out of the $6 range?

    It is currently at $6.10 the highest it has been since November 2010 when it reached an all time high of $6.24.

    The heavy sell orders have gone, after the huge volume yesterday. Charts look good. May see an all time high soon.

    A few signs the rail agreemnt is just around the corner.
