You would hate be shorting NXS right now, $98 million cash, CRUX retention lease granted, offers from interested parties being reviewed for part or all interest in CRUX valued at over $500 million, massive buyers soaking up any seller that steps in thier way and a chart that looks like it about to breakout again like it did at 19 cents.
