Hi all,

I imagine that this increase in SP is based on 2 things:

1. wording in announcement today stating: " Icon expects to make a further announcement re MOU.....by 31 March".

This does not confirm that it will positive only that an announcement will be made. Remember that they need to disclose something by 31st March anyway, so not sure this tell us a great deal.... it could possibly be that they will announce that negotiations are still continuing.

2. Announcement re ICN fighting to keep 80% in ATP855P...

Everyone seems to assume that this means ATP855P is worth a lot.

I suppose the point I am making is that we are all assuming that the SP has increased today because of the above points been a given.

I hope its for those reasons, but still a bit dubious.

I have always been very positive (and still am) re ICN, similar to gassed, but not sure todays announcement really confirmed a great deal...
