I can't remember if i have previously posted on this particular stock, but have held icon a couple of years - I wish i'd traded it for the record. Anyway, I didn't & havent.
I would suggest the buy at market at 24c of 1.5 mil units in one pop suggests more than speculation... but, of course, I am only myself only speculating on this.

Although some long suffering holders may be tempted to sell, I think this could just be the start. A while back, intersuisse's report suggested a SP of circa 70c (don't quote me, again I can't recall)... this was at least a year back. I know discount factors change as risk changes -but one can only assume that prospective tennaments have inproved not declined - not to mention curren energy prices.

I would suggest there is a potential re-rating ahead
