The rumours I thought were that POS is done with the USA, if funding for a concentrator is coming it will be via Ozzie and Chinese backers. Maybe Anton has some input to this... But still a $200M investment when not required as yet is still a risk, maybe after cash in the bank and a steady high nickel spot for a period would be better to wait for.
