On a more serious note the reason there are large chinese populations ALL over the world is because Chinese people have pretty much integrated into all societies throughout the world so please lets not get carried away here and make outlandish comments like Chatswood pushing for independence one day lol!
As for Putin , he will push till the West actually deter him (weak ass sanctions don't count), the whole Ukraine situation is messy. But I can't see the Western powers going to war with Russia over Ukraine, maybe if Russia actually attacked a full Nato member country but Putin isn't stupid .
