SMM has sold at $1.11 today. So much for your chart analysis predicting a rise.
For what it was worth, despite SMM's excellent fundamentals, my chart analysis was bearish.

. stock has been consolidating at narrow trading range on low volume
. this usually happens after a strong run
. next move on increased volume will be to the upside once it breaks out of it's trading range
