Well folks it was a torrid day for sure all across the board and I am not looking forward to tonight. Gold IMO is always a ripper backstop but you may need to sit on it for a bit and not look to short on it. Personally I cover milkies, IT, Gold and a gas play. In the last few months if one doesn't shine the others make up for it. Today gold and gas did well on the back of some good news announcements and milk didn't go to script.
Don't be to disheartened, CCF fundamentals are great so hang in there and see where it goes over coming weeks IMO. By the way for the newbies if you want to get a feel of what's in the wind check out the day trading thread and see what the hearts are bragging about hammering.
