I'm still confused...where is the funding ?? $160 mill req'd..from where ?. I thought everyone was talking about a TSX listing this year ??. But why isn't that mentioned in the announcement today for the Annual General Meeting ?. The only voting is about approving MORE $'s for the Directors etc.
If a TSX listing was to be done by Christmas wouldn't it require shareholder approval or has that already been granted ?. I no longer hold (but I did for a looong time)as I cant see anything happening until the deposit is clearly valued and AFTER a TSX listing figure is announced... which will be sometime Q1 next year ??
