PBT will be running low on cash by end of yeat. Tho Kempler has proved in past that he is able to raise funds so I hope that is the case again. IMO i thought J&J were front runners however they had a good 12+ months to look at PBT so i have all but ruled them out. Its possible they or other partners have either a) withdrawn from running b) scaling back on spending and withdrawn from running c) waiting on finance?? d) put in substandard offers that PBT havent accepted (yet??). Whatever the case, i feel the longer this takes the more likely (d) will occur ie it may come to a point that PBT dont have any other option.
