US Libor (3m) has improved more than 9 basis points in a few days. The banks are starting to lend to each other in the US and this is improving daily...
The US libor has been a concern over recent months as the trust between US banks almost disappeared due to the credit crisis. While it is far from being fixed, the Govt stress tests have identified the bank issues and this will make it easier to understand who is at risk and what they are doing to fix it.....
Hopefully by the 3rd quarter, we will see some major changes (positive) occurring...
