With all the legal technicalities out of the way and with ady due to pay wyndham the 1.2million on the 10/7/07 to finalise ownership of the mines, there is not going to be too much holding ady back. That is of course they can get short term financing to pay the 1.2 mil to wyndham and get finance to pay out ya global so they don't have to keep issuing shares. I for one think under Anderson this company will rise from the ashes.
