Are you talking about the new oil Code and it's implications on new PSC Contracts.? and not already,agreed existing PSC Contracts?
As this would be retrospective?
I was under the impression changes would only be from the date of new oil Code decree,and is for all new PSC Contracts signed by Sen Govt.?
Is this not so?
