Yep it touched the lower bollinger band and 50 on daily RSI and rebounded straight away so interesting to see if the support continues tomorrow.
I am watching more the action in the US market/bond market and believe it poses the biggest risk to global market and with reporting season starting the end of this week for the US, one would think the latest Q results for US companies would still be good and supportive for stock market.
Our market is always the tail of the dog and the head is the US/DOW and if US drops by 10 % in a week there is no way Telstra or others in ASX 200 will hold.
I like to see the correction to happen next year as Telstra would be a lot higher than 3.25 by the end of this year,but hey what I like and what the market do is two different things.
Holding a big position in any stock carries possibility of a bigger loss.
If US market holds for the next few months then 3.50/3.75 in Telstra is certainly possible
