    Oil price up 11% o/nite in anticipation of OPEC meeting and further production cuts
    has been very volatile lately with multiple moves of 5%+-
    I suspect some 'hot' money is returning to the energy markets
    Is there a way of determining how many open short positions are in the market ? like comex gold futures.
    Must have been a lot of shorting oil on the ride down from $147bbl
    opinions vary widely on future POO but starting to see more bullish assesments from some quarters
