I think they have used up all their ability to issue shares without gong to a share holder meeting, which is why the last raising was convertible loan. With the money from that in the bank don't think they will look for more cap until that is approved and converted at the AGM (assume positive vote).

AGM also has an item for raising more capital (up to $5 mil), this has a floor price of 0.025 per share, so management/Allegra, etc. would presumably want to see a share price somewhat north of 0.025

In my opinion I don't believe we will see a cap raising before AGM (12 Nov 2010).
