Have been watching RIA for a couple of weeks now. No huge dip after the previous run is very impressive, which indicates accumulation. Did anyone notice the action happened during pre-open auction on last friday? The 300k capper had to put up large bid to protect himself from being taken out. Likely the 390k cap @62c is from the same hands.
Let's see what happens today. It's about time, either the cap is pulled or gets taken out. Given low liquidity of this stock, price will shoot up pretty quickly.
