I'm stunned the shareprice is so low. I dropped by McGrath's main display centre last week and had a chat to a very friendly and professional sales person. He said that McGrath's two main manufacturing workshops are operating at 100% and 75% utilisation respectively and that they have a backlog of 37 homes. Great numbers! Foot traffic through the display centre was good. Given net cash on balance sheet, asset sales of $6m + (excluding $2-$2.5m of Derby home sales), McGrath EBITDA of $4m, carry-forward tax losses, and franking credits, the current market cap is ludicrous. Significant re-rating coming.
