    The Offer comprised of the sale of approximately 46.39m existing shares and the issue of 0.35 million new shares.

    Based on the offer price of $3.50, Carsales will have a market capitalisation of $811.8 million at listing.

    The total proceeds from the Offer will be $163.6m.

    Top 20 holds 81%. Very tight.ACP Magazines hold 49.24%.

    Be interesting if support is there on market as apparently their was strong demand from institutions.
