    ...There is a definite downtrend and once the sp has gone below the rights issue and shown no support those "preferred investors" might panic and start selling and cause the sp to drop a lot further.

    ...I am sorry for the holders but thats the way I see it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
