Thought I'd comment on BLR but first INL.

There was a lot of churn and approx twice the total stock was traded on 1 day. The net effect of this is hard to tell. Bounce or not. The current volumes and charts don't give me any degree of confidence and I don't like relying on "programs" that give targets.... trading psychology doesn't work that way.

Look at FMS chart 5 year monthly for a similar situation that occurred with a one day spike, CDY for another stock with a current large 1 day spike.

BLR on the other hand has a lovely long bottom on its charts. The moving averages are crossing. The daily and weekly averages crossed upwards on good volume 19th Oct. The monthly ist on 1st June 2009 and now what I suspect is the continuation about to cross upwards this month..... BUT we need more volume for it to be valid break on the monthly.

Maybe someone can help me with reconciling BLR against Mantra MRU. MRU has measured and indicated resource of 101mil lb at 200ppm cutoff and ave 422ppm and a market Cap of 1billion. BLR has inferred and indicated (no measured)of 27mil lbs with cutoff of .075% I'm not sure I have calculated cutoff comparison of 200ppm against .075%. Does 200ppm = .02% ?
