I don't know if I can take your opinions very seriously after getting 2/3 facts wrong.
Using HY figures adjusted for insto cap raising I get the following.
Market Cap = $621M
Net debt = $646M
Your NPAT was ok, FY was $117M. Roughly 19% yield, a 5 year payoff, not 14.
Book value now $1.69 per share.
Of course the numbers will change again after the retail offer.
