    News, about 150M shares for the Retail Offer which will be issued on the 12/6. Then you have the institutional placement which is about twice the size of the retail offer. From memory b4 the placements they had about 500M shares so the dilution is about 45% ( maybe a tad less ). This will have a considerably impact on the EPS which post the placements puts them on a PE of about 10.
