Musicadium has been swallowed up by Valleyarm as i understand it.
Tagram Transol has agreed to loan Valleyarm up to AUD$300,000 as a special purpose loan specifically for the purposes of establishing and commercialising the business. The terms are: Earn a 70% interest in Valleyarm upon execution of the transaction documents, upon which time, the Company will provide a loan of AUD$200,000 Earn an additional 10% (for an 80% interest) in the event that Valleyarm meets or exceeds set milestones, whereby Transol will provide a further loan of AUD$100,000. The loan will be repayable from earnings made from the Valleyarm business
Whats with the 300K amount.Thats correct what is misleading there?
As i stated Nokia Corp Na Telstra etc are not about losing money and they seem very eager to have signed on with Valleyarm,maybe you should too!
