That's not what the announcement said. Your copy and paste is correct. How much have they loaned Valleyarm so far?
Not $300k atm.
Therefore to cite that 'they loaned Valleyarm $300k' is factually incorrect and misleading.
If I said I loaned someone $300k I wouldn't still be holding a proportion of that amount. The loan is conditional and the conditions haven't been met in their entirety.
