Wow, things are bad rain wise when 8mm of rain constitutes a/ news and b/ good falls.

Used to be it took over an inch (25mm) to rate as even a talking point.

As things stand if it rained for 40 days and 40 nights in some of the area out there it would still be hard stretched to get to an inch.
