Evraz also has steelworks in south africa, Firestone Energy is part owned by Linc and has coal interests in South Africa.

Lots and lots of possible linkages in green energy, GTL, coal plus similar age guys with personal wealth issues.

Maybe Evraz has tenements with coal suitable for underground gasification and AFC fuel cells to make electricity?
