    I am not worried about option price because anyone with half a brain could sell 3 million shares at 3.3c $99K

    Then buy 2 million options at 1.9C $38K
    Then buy 1 million options at 2c $20K
    Then pay the company 36K to exercise and get their shares back

    They just made 5K profit

    It is called arbitrage!!!!!!
