I don't think neither set of numbers gives any certainty on what is happening. This will be decided in Perth by commodities and in the rest of australia by other economic factors. IMO all negatives but by all means have a different opinion. Passive1, I do understand your argument but disagree on the outcome.
I suppose it is still safer to own a house then some other investments, especially government debt. Just not for me atm.
