yuyu, I agree. Morgan Stanley and Temasek must have been fully aware of where the group's revenue and earnings were being generated as part of thier due diligence process. And the wider market does not obviously seem too concerned about it based on where the SP has gone since the article.

I think you could raise questions over disclosure or lack of at pretty much any listed company. This is just opportunistic based on what has happened to the SP. I would rather Eddy and the rest of the mgt team were solely focussed on getting the business back on a even footing as would most shareholders I would have thought.
