A.B.C. LEARNING CENTRES LIMITED (ASX:ABS)
URGENT MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT
This announcement is in response to market speculation and rumours in relation to A.B.C.
Learning Centres Limited’s banking covenants under its Syndicated Multi Option Facility
Agreement.
The only covenants under that agreement relate to:
1. Shareholders Funds;
2. Funding Ratios; and
3. Gearing Ratios.
ABC is in compliance with all these financial covenants.
The company also wishes to confirm that the banking covenants do not include a market
capitalisation or share price covenant.
The Directors reiterate the company is trading profitably and in line with the guidance issued.
