    I don't think that SIOC is going to pay back the "owed" ZAR74mil in any foreseeable future and I can't see they are going to fund 26% of Penumbra development cost.

    Why wouldn't they? SIOC have an asset backing of almost $1B plus annual dividends in excess of $60m vs CCC with a MC of $60m and current EDITDA of approx $10m
