From the quarterly "undrawn ABSA Capital project finance debt facilities of US$35m for the Penumbra Coal Mine development". I don't believe they would have worded it this way if they weren't in fact able to draw upon. This market is getting to everyone. I know it is a shame that you have to read between the lines but you can't honestly expect an update on every little thing. I believe Mihal also said they were able to draw upon it (yes I know you guys aren't a fan of Mihal but I am). Bigger things to worry about than this at the moment people!
