Let me see if I have got this right. This abscopal response is incredibly rare.

Since the introduction of immuno-oncology drugs, isolated reports of abscopal responses have appeared, particularly in patients with malignant melanoma. This has prompted speculation that the abscopal response, at least in that cancer, is associated with an immune response."
