wBill, Blade/CADCO/Peak agreement was inked in Aust, it will be heard in Australia and not some foreign jurisdiction.
Blade got turfed outa Supreme Court once already, their Co. secretary is a Real Estate agent... says it all.
GA would have done his homework on this situation. He's already stumped up more than PKOs market cap.
Blade / CADCO are a bunch of scumbags pure and simple.
Anyway, I've started buying back in, I want a slice of SBA, always have.
GA will end up holding SBA, either way.
