The plant has capacity of 165k tonnes a YEAR.

They're still proving up the resources to meet that capacity. The current resources are in the 100s of thousand tonnes, not millions.

If all goes well, 25k oz a YEAR will be optimum.

The ramp up you are suggesting is fanciful. Sorry.
