absolute disgrace

With the announcement of the last week this co IMHO is an absolute disgrace re the option under writing non performance and NO amouth of hype re the duel TX listing will make a dot of respectibility top its imediate future, IMHO the shares will gradually slide to a .08-.10 range, a sad sad day for all holders as there imho absolutely no management credibility,
The co should have kept all share holders informed on the underwriting details and the question has to be asked of the management . were they aware of the underwriting detail re lack of a sub underwriter and the effect that this would have on the shortfall of option conversion money. ?
