beany72, i have softened my pro stance on the options, i would almost like to teach Peter a lesson when it comes to this, and i do understand your points.
as i said, damned if you do, damned if you dont.
i am surprised the results( if thats what you call them ) were released, thought Peter would try and get the options issue sorted before they were released.
as far as the legalities of the whole options issue, i dont think its illegal but it certainly smacks of self interest, if you are unsure perhaps you should contact ASX.
