Just a few technical issue which I hope for your sake, ASIC and ASX don't pick up.

Technically the offer is not valid. After this week, the options will have expired and thus there are no "Option Holders" to make an offer to. The paperwork should have been settled by this week, and all shareholders approval finalised.

As such, it technically becomes a new offer which could only be made to shareholders.

Hopefully, for your sakes, shareholders who can vote on this won't vote against it.
