No, I have never had a chat with Peter directly. It's mostly through other board members where I have voiced my concerns/observations with certain communications & the timing/reasoning for past sell downs.

I have also had conversations with a few of the supporting brokers around town who advised that they were asking the same questions/had the same concerns & were following up. This is how I knew that some had put forward the Option plan. However, as you are aware, I certainly wasn't in the know as to the fact that they were doing it.
