We will see at the AGM how the numbers will stack up. Most of all I am surprised to see that Hunan and Portman have sat idle by and watched their investment being so much delayed and diluted by Mr Yue, Wynnes and others. They could have raised the share price to a point where no dilution would have happened. Yet, they didn't do anything, Will they now approve of another monster dilution? Why?
And why raise more capital before the options are exercised or have expired?
Vote no to all resolutions, just in case it's too close to call.
