Sore and applying rational thought, yes you're correct.
There's many quality, established 3D printing solution providers in Australia - one of which I sent a request for quote to produce a plastic item for - and make no mistake, they 're not backyard operators or simply printing from a shed. The facilities need to be fully equipped almost to the degree you'd find a machining workshop, the best ones certainly are.

Now that A3D have the capital, funding the necessary facilities shouldn't be a problem, but it takes time, even with the best, most innovative management, those facilities won't be ready from the get-go, nor will their production and finishing capacity be up to scratch form day one, but it can be one day and that's why I'm waiting on the sidelines, keen to see fundamentals as time goes by and they gain both experience, direction and a growing client base. Will be watching closely!
