"Break a government law...." Includes a local govt ordnance.
Couple of years back a little old lady (85)in the States was arrested and Cuffed & taken away by Sheriff's Deputies.....for breaching a local ordnance that demanded outside Xmas decorations to be pulled down 13 (I think) days after Xmas Day.
"Hands on the bonnet, spread your legs, dont move, you criminal, you".
Sheeesh!
